To Beet, or Not to Beet



Beet Salad

So simple to prepare... so few ingredients....

Cooked sliced beets
Pear slices
Pecans or Walnuts sprinkled over the top
Onion pieces

Feta or Goat cheese could be used also

Arranged artfully on a plate with any kind of vinaigrette dressing poured over top.
